Parking is tight on inner lanes

Verify parking is included in writing, not just verbally. Many builder floors only have stilt parking for the ground floor.

Water supply is good but timing-bound

DJB supply twice a day in most lanes; ask about overhead tank capacity and the building's booster motor before signing.

Power back-up varies wildly

Some buildings have a shared inverter for common areas only. If you need back-up for ACs, confirm load and ask whether the inverter covers your floor.

Registry status on older properties

A handful of older plots in Mahavir Enclave have unregularised titles. We only list properties with clean papers — but always ask, and verify with the sub-registrar.
